The Iesus (Jesus) Prayer

In English most sources will say Jesus Christ which is not proper English grammar and is a vanity. Christ is the title, Iesus (a more direct spelling from the Greek without English corruption of the letter J) is the name. It has never been the case in English that the name precedes the title except with a connecting word i.e. Iesus the King. The -Ie is pronounced as a hard H which was how the sound the letter J was supposed to be heard. -Jake Arminius

Lord Christ Iesus, Son of God, have mercy upon me, a sinner.
